Project Status Definitions

STATUS TYPE

DEFINITION ​​

UNKNOWN  ​

A status type of Unknown is usually due to an error. Please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.​

ACTIVE

An Active status type indicates that the project is currently being worked on by DERA staff​

HOLD

A Hold status indicates that processing of the project has paused. This may be due to an incomplete application or by request of the project applicant.​

NEW ​

The New status indicates that this application has been deemed complete by the County and is pending assignment to a DERA analyst.​

RELEASED

The Released status means that a Draft Environmental Document has been released by DERA and the project is waiting to be heard by the appropriate County hearing body.​

CLOSED

A Closed project is no longer active at all in DERA. Requests for information or documents regarding closed projects should be directed to our main office.​

MMRP

The MMRP status indicates that the project has an active Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program associated with it. For more information please contact our main office.​

HEARING

A Hearing status means that the project is in the process of being heard by one or more County hearing bodies.​​​
